Shaykh Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ Al-‘Uthaymīn
said:
The callers to Allāh fall into two categories:
1. The
(true) caller to Allāh
2. The
caller to others
The
(true) caller to Allāh is sincere, he wants to take people to Allāh.
The
caller to others could be a caller to himself, who calls to the truth in order
to be lauded and respected by people. Consequently, you will find him angry
when people do not do what he tells them, but not angry if they commit a worse
sin, which he had not told them to leave.
