Shaykh Amad bn Yayá an-Najmī –may Allāh  have mercy on him- said:

The mans condition is not  perfected and he does not enjoy life (fully), except by (getting married to) a righteous wife. And a woman  is not tranquil and she does not enjoy  life (fully), except by (getting married to) a righteous husband.

A Concise Advice of Shaykh Ahmad An-Najmi رحمه الله

Al-Allaamah Ahmad Al-Najmi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

“In order to be acquainted with the straight path one has to return to the Quran and the Sunnah, and that which has been affirmed in the seerah of the Prophet , the actions of the rightly guided caliphs and rightly guided scholars who came after them and this cannot be known except from the Hadith and by way of it, one will become acquainted with understanding in the religion and the rulings of the Sharee’ah, the actions of the Sahaabah and their creed, the actions of the early rightly guided imams -  those who (transmitted and based their lives on) hadeeth and were people of sound creed. Therefore, it is obligated on you to (adhere) to that; strive in (this path) and do everything within your capability to be acquainted with it.”

“Know that the truth is that which Allaah has revealed and [given to] his Messenger (sallaal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) ..."

“Know that the truth is that which Allaah has revealed and [given to] his Messenger (sallaal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) in the Book and the Sunnah, even if its adherents and those who embrace it are few .What came in the Islamic Legislation is the truth, which a [person] is commanded to follow, even if the majority of the people free themselves from it and those who follow it are few.

Shaikh Ahmad an-Najmī (rahimahullāh) stated regarding Shaikh Rabī’:

“He is a Shaikh from ahlus-Sunnah, from those who propagate the Sunnah and wage war against innovations. He is man who is a carrier of the Sunnah, from those who defend the Sunnah and Tawhīd. Whoever hates him, indeed hates the Sunnah and whoever flees from him, flees from the Sunnah.” [8]

The Islamic Ruling On Wearing Charms, Amulets, Talismans... - Shaikh Ibn Baz & 'Allamah An-Najmi (رحمه الله) | (PDF)

The Companion, Sa’īd Ibn Jubair (رَحِمَهُ اللهُ) said: “Whoever cuts an amulet from  a person, it is like freeing a slave.”8

… Imām Abdul-‘Azīz Ibn Bāz (رَحِمَهُ اللهُ) said in his commentary on this point, “This is because of the fact that he will be freeing this servant from the Fire, and freedom from polytheism is better than freedom from slavery.”

Shaikh Saalih bin Fawzaan Al-Fawzaan (hafidhahullaah) said:

“The trial is: test and tribulation, so a person is under tribulation and test, he is under tribulation and test in the life of this world, he is under tribulation and test at death, he is under tribulation and test in the grave, thus he is always under tribulation and test, he should therefore ask Allaah for refuge from it...
