Shaykh Muqbil (رَحِمَهُ
اللهُ) said:
“If you are strong in ‘Aqīdah (correct Islamic creed) then the
jins and the shayṭān will be fearful of you, and if you
are shaky in Aqīdah then you are likely to be frightened by your own shadow.”
(قمع المعاند 48)
Translator’s Note: To be sound, strong, and well-versed in
the correct Islamic creed one requires a dedicated approach in studying and
sound comprehension of the ‘Aqīdah books of Ahlus-Sunnah.
