Our Salaf: Some of the companions of Wakee said:
Wakee would not sleep until he read one third of the
Qur’aan. Then he would wake up in the last third of the night & read from
Soorah Qaaf to Soorah An-Naas; then he would sit & seek forgiveness until
fajr.
