The three means by which a person can
reach Allāh
Ibn al Qayyim, may Allāh have mercy on
him said,
“The closest means to reach Allāh by
are: Adhering to the sunnah and standing by it outwardly and inwardly, and
being in continuous need of Allāh, and intending His face alone in speech and
actions.
And no one has reached Allāh except by
way of these three.
And no one has cut off from Him except
by cutting himself off
from them or one of them.”
