THE SUPERIOR
BLISS
Indeed, the
superior bliss which is noblest and loftiest in the afterlife – without
exception – is to see Allaah’s face.

ar-Roomi [radiyallaahu-anhu] said that the Prophet
[sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said: “When the people of Paradise enter
Paradise, Allaah [ تَبَارَكَ
وَتَعَالَى ] will say: ‘Do you want anything more?’ They
will say: Have You not made our faces bright? Have You not admitted us to
Paradise and saved us from Hell?’ Then the veil will be removed and they will
not be given anything more beloved to them than looking at their Lord [عَزَّ وَجَلَّ]. [Sahih Muslim]
