ومن
تدبر أحوال العالم، وجد كل صلاح في الأرض، فسببه توحيد الله و عبادته، و طاعة
رسوله صلى الله عليه و سلم وكل شر في العالم و فتنة و بلاء و قَحط و تسليط عدو و
غير ذلك، فسببه مخالفة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم و الدعوة إلى غير الله و من تدبر
هذا حق التدبر، وجد هذا الأمر كذلك في خاصة نفسه، و في غيره عمومًا و خصوصًا ولا
حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
Ibn Taymiyyah (raḥimahullāh) said: “And whoever reflected upon the conditions
of the world will find that the cause of all rectitude upon the Earth is the
Tawḥīd of Allāh and His
worship, and obedience to His Messenger (ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam). And [that] the cause of every evil in
the world, and (every) trial, tribulation, famine, and overempowerment by an
enemy and other than that is opposing the Messenger (ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wasallam) and calling to other than Allāh. And whoever
reflected upon this as it truly should be reflected upon will find this affair (reality)
manifesting deeply in himself, and in others besides him in general and
specific (ways), and there is no power nor might save that of Allāh.” (Majmu’
al-Fatāwā 15/25)
