“Concealment (of sins) is a blessing, and it is attained by concealing people’s sins. He ﷺ said: ‘Whoever conceals the sins of a Muslim, Allāh will conceal his sins in this world and the hereafter.’ So the correct approach for the one who witnesses an afflicted person is that he advises him and conceals his sin.”
