“Say: ‘It has been revealed to me that a group of jinns
listened (to this Quran). They said:
Indeed! We have heard a wonderful Recital! It guides to the Right Path, and we
have believed therein, and we shall never join (in worship) anything with our
Lord (Allah).”[72:1-2]
In explanation of these opening verses from the Surah
al-Jinn, Shaikh Salih al-Fowzan (حَفِظَهُ اللهُ) stated:
“One is indeed astonished! If the Jinn are affected by the Qur’an and grow more fearful because of it, what then is the case with humans, most of whom turn away from it?!”
