Ramaḍān
Al-Aswad ibn Yazīd / الأسود بن يزيد
(d. 75H)
Al-Aswad used to complete (the recitation of) The Qurān in Ramaḍān every two nights; he would (only) sleep between Al-Maghrib and Al-ʿIshā (prayers); and in other than
Ramaḍān he would complete it every six nights.
