Allaah تعالى says:
“And let those who do not have the means to marry keep themselves
chaste until Allaah enriches them from His bounty.” (24:33)
As-Sa’dee:
This is a promise for the one who keeps
himself/herself chaste that Allāh
will suffice him & make his affair easy for him.
