Al-ʿAllāmah Ibn Al-Qayyim رَحِمَهُ الله said:
“The Prophet ﷺ
combined between the
fear of Allāh and good character because the fear of Allāh rectifies
what is between the slave and his Lord while good character rectifies what is
between him and His creation. So, the fear of Allāh necessitates the love of Allāh
for him and good character calls the people to his love.”
