وقد روى طلحة بن عبد الله أنه قال للنبى صلى الله عليه وسلم
ما معنى سبحان الله؟ قال تنزيه الله من كل سوء،.
Narrated Talhah Ibn ‘Ubaidallâh that he asked the Prophet صلى
الله عليه وسلم, what is the meaning of ‘Subhân Allâh?” He said, ‘Glorified (and Exalted) is He (Allâh) [above
all that (evil) they associate with Him].
