Shaykh ‘Abdul-Azīz ibn Bāz –may
Allah have mercy on him- said
If you see from yourself that you
harm your brother or sister by way of backbiting, cursing, tale carrying or
(spreading) lies and other than that, then know that your Īmān is deficient and weak.
