Al-ʿAllāmah
Bin Bāz said:
“I do not know of anything specific in
welcoming Ramaḍān except that the Muslim welcomes it
with happiness,
joy and cheerfulness. And that he is grateful to Allāh for allowing him to
reach Ramaḍān and [he is grateful] that He has granted
him success such that He made him from those who are alive,
who compete in performing righteous
deeds.”
