Abū Shihāb Al-Hināt said: I heard Abū Husayn saying: Indeed one of
you issues a Fatwa regarding an issue which if it had been brought to Umar he
would have gathered the companions of Badr (i.e., he would gathered for
consultation the senior Sahābah).
