عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ
تَعَالَى مَا لِعَبْدِي الْمُؤْمِنِ عِنْدِي جَزَاءٌ، إِذَا قَبَضْتُ صَفِيَّهُ مِنْ
أَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا، ثُمَّ احْتَسَبَهُ إِلاَّ الْجَنَّةُ
Abu Hurairah narrated that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: Allah (the Most High) states, “There is not for my believing servant a reward I have for him less than Paradise if he suffers the death of one who is dear to him from the people of the world and then he shows patience in hope of reward.”

إِنَّا
لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
“Innā lillāhi wa innā
ilaihi rāji’ūn.” (Verily, we belong to Allāh and unto Him we are returning)
My beloved mother passed away today morning. Please I ask you all to make du’aa and pray for her Magfirah. She uttered the shahadah four times before Allaah took her soul. May Allaah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) bless her with Jaanatul Firdaus. May Allah strengthen everyone in the family to bear the loss.
