Jareer ibn ‘Abdillaah – may Allaah be
pleased with- said:
“I pledged allegiance to the Messenger
of Allaah (may Allaah raise his rank and grant him peace) that I would hear and
obey, and that I would convey sincere advice to every Muslim.”
