Ibn Al-Qayyim may Allah have mercy upon him said…
Those who have knowledge concerning Allah have agreed…
Success is that Allah not entrust you to yourself and
failure is that He forsakes you to yourself.

الله عليه وسلم said…
يَاحَـيُّ
يَا قَـيُّـوْمُ ، بِـرَحْمَـتِكَ أَسْتَـغِـيْثُ ، أَصْلِـحْ لِي شَـأْ نِـيْ كُلَّـهُ
، وَلَا تَكِلْـنِيْ إِ لَى نَفْـسِيْ طَـرْفَةَ عَـيْنٍ
O Ever-living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, in
Your Mercy I seek relief. Rectify my affairs, all of them, and do not entrust
me to myself even for the blink of an eye.
