The Actions of a Sincere Salafi toward Salafiyah
Shaikh Rabee’ bin Hadee al Madkhali ((حفظه الله تعالى said:
If you know the correct methodology, then establish your
allegiance upon it, establish your disassociations upon it, and do not fear
anything in the path of Allah. As for you standing on the side of the people of
innovation, while you know the truth (this is incorrect)! This person says: I
am Salafi! However, what are you behind the scene? To whom is your allegiance?
Where is your Salafiyah? Is this Salafiyah; that you now follow behind the
people of innovation, they are leading you and you are defending them and
defending their deviation?!
By Allah, this is not correct intellect. Correct intellect
is that you are a follower of the methodology of the Salaf, it is upon you to
call the people to it, beautify it for the people and encourage them to follow
it. You should mention its distinguishing characteristics and call to it.You
should (likewise) revile the falsehood that opposes and contradicts it. As for
your beautification of the falsehood and your defense of its people, while you
revile and debate with your people and your brothers; the people possess the
same ‘Aqeedah as you- the correct ‘Aqeedah, that which you yourself know to be
correct. {{The statements of Allah, the statements of the Messenger of Allah صلى
الله عليه وسلم}}, this (action of yours) is not sound
logic. Those who possess sound intellect reject this logic.
It is not strange to witness this from a person of
deviation; he believes in it, has allegiance based on it, calls to it and
fights to protect it. As for you, the one who says that you are upon the truth,
and you are upon the Salafi methodology, but it is witnessed that you are with
the people of innovation! No my brother! I swear by Allah it is not possible
for me to truly believe you until you prove this by way of your actions, in
your stances, your lectures, your writings, your allegiances and your
arguments.
